Note: Associate members shall not have the right to vote nor hold elected office.

Duties and responsibilities of Active and Associate Members

1. To obey and comply with the By-Laws, and such rules and regulations as may be promulgated by the Society in order to attain its stated purposes;
2. To attend at least two (2) annual meetings every three (3) years;
3. To attend at least fifty (50) percent of the scientific meetings and seminars organized or sponsored by the Society;
4. To pay promptly the dues, fees and other assessments as may be levied upon the membership by the Board of Directors; and
5. To behave in a manner consistent with the tenets and principles of the Code of Medical Ethics of the Medical Profession in the Philippines and of the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society.
